Probably the single biggest event at a particular website in… Oh, I don’t know… two years?

This film is great too, I recall mentioning it on the overcast in a short list of really creepy films. The irony of OneJovialSim’s nickname cannot be understated, at least with regard to her films.

Funny story about Jovial… Back during my Second Life binge in the first part of this year, Decorgal and I and a few others were dancing the night away at The Night Owl (link is the new location, we were at the old one on FantasyLand), and Jovial is there all made up and in this school girl uniform. And while we’re all dancing, she’s off to the side, photographing herself in all these suggestive poses. And so I - hey, I’m a guy, gimme a break, okay? - used the freecam functionality to grab a closer look-see. I catch a really hot-looking closeup screencap of her all bent over in some kind of submissive + naughty pose.

A few weeks later, Deca and Jovial and all of us are out at a different dance club, and this one happens to be on a sim where one can freely rez objects into existence. So I make like I’m going outside for a smoke, and when I get outside I rez a flat rectangular block, pop that compromising picture onto its face, and slide it seamlessly over the top of a huge poster which adorned the club’s exterior wall.

At that point, Deca helped me lure Jovial outside, and she saw herself in all her schoolgirl glory plastered on this huge brick wall. (She hadn’t known I’d snapped the photo, but she sure recognized herself). I swear, I think I saw her avatar blush. We all had a good laugh. I’d never have attempted that kind of humor had I not felt like I knew her well enough to know she wouldn’t be offended.

She was a great sport about it. Even scored me some hallucinogens a bit later. I… assume that was a friendly gesture? Hmm.

Wacky times. I miss it sometimes. I guess I missed my first life more.
