I just completed a major overhaul of z-studios.com. And for the first time, I feel really comfortable with the design, and at the same time feel it finally fits the content as it should.

I can hear it now, “Oh, he just picked that film because Trent Reznor was involved with it…” Well, I can’t say that didn’t draw my initial attention to it. But what really enthused me about this hip hop music video was the director Daniel Garcia’s sense of visual style. The chaos and action in the big fall is most impressive, and the selective infusion of distinct colors into an otherwise black and white world is extremely effective. The second Talk the Machinima Talk audio conference took place earlier today, this one being at a not-so-crazy time of day for European participants, but at a very early morning hour for those on the U.S. west coast. And the attendance reflected that. We will very likely continue to alternate back and forth between these two time slots, in the interests of balance. A couple people had the occasional headache with Skype, but for the most part the call proceeded well and discussion was lively.
