Simply Beautiful
Even the most hardened skeptics of Second Life as a machinima platform concede the existence of magnificent potentiality in the virtual world. But some of them don’t yet realize that there are some filmmakers who are already mastering the digital metallurgy, converting that promise into actuality. One such director is Rob Wright (a.k.a. Robbie Dingo), the first artist-in-residence in the Millions of Us program designed to recognize and showcase the talent of such emerging creators. He created this gorgeous piece of work in collaboration with Kirsty Hawkshaw for her song, “Meteors.”
