OSV Week 6: Junior G-Men

This week, Ricky Grove puts on his machinima director's cap for the first time and treats us to some iClone 3, making good use of the program's import pipeline from Google 3D Warehouse. Ricky and I had a lot of fun recording these voiceovers on the same evening we recorded the ones for Gift Horse.

You can see the entire roster of these machinima films in support of Child's Play, as they are released, over at www.onesharedvision.com.

Awesome job, Ricky! Cool shirts too! :-P

Ricky always rocks my world with his voice work. So I'd like to present you with a Laurel (dramatic pause) and Hearty handshake. Welcome to the directors guild. Well done! :)

Thanks a lot, gents. I really enjoyed working on this film. Of course, there is room for improvement (animation transistions, better pacing), but I think it turned out well. At least I'm not embarrassed by it. I would like to note that iClone wizard, James Martin, set up quite a lot of the film from my storyboards initially, then I took over and revised. Also, Warlord from coolclones.com designed and textured the three characters. Coolclones.com and clones2go.com are both excellent iClone sites.
