My good friend Sam Midwood (a.k.a. Zuckerman) recently submitted what I thought was a really good entry to a video contest for Wonderful Pistachios. I got involved near the tail end by supplying him some music, a rendition of my kazoo-melody score from Frank Fox's Morning Run Amok.
Well guess what? Out of over 700 entries... Sam's video made it into the top ten finalists! The grand prize is $25,000!
It's all down to Internet voting now. Can you help out my (our) friend, Sam? Here's how to help:
- Login to youtube with a youtube account.
- Follow this link:
http://www.youtube.com/user/wonderfulpistachios - Click on VOTE
- Click on the video entitled "Pistachio Contest Test" or "So Many Ways" (There's a picture of a guy screaming over a blue background. If you don't see it hit the right arrow button to scroll to the next page of entries.)
- Vote by clicking the Green Thumbs Up Button! (You can do this once per day until Dec. 16th.)
Thank you for your support!

I'll always give Sam the finger... err, I mean a Thumbs Up!! :)
What more could a man aspire to but a years supply of nuts? Best o Luck Zuckerman.
