Next Gen reports the news I’ve been waiting for: Bioware’s celebrated RPG, Mass Effect, is coming to the PC in May. I had been determined not to buy an Xbox just for that one game, but I’d been really anxious to see what I’d been missing, this cutting edge game experience featuring machinima / cinematic work by people I know and admire. Now I’ll get to do so. I don’t expect any toolkit releases, so this is really one I’m excited about as a viewer moreso than as a producer. It should be spectacular, seeing what big talent plus big budget can yield.
